Hiring Process

The hiring process at Doubletree Personnel is streamlined and efficient. It includes the following steps:

  • Complete the online application. Provide your complete work history, education, skills, preference of shift, type of work and preference of work locations.
  • After you have completed the online application call our office the next day after 10am to discuss your application. You may be scheduled for an interview at our office. In the interview you have the opportunity to discuss your skills and job needs. Our staff will also discuss with you your experiences in job-related settings.
  • Once you have completed the interview you will go through basic safety training. For office and professional positions you may be asked to do computer testing to determine skill levels.
  • Doubletree Personnel does reference checks with your previous employers and other references that you have provided. Once reference information is complete you may be offered jobs based on all the factors of your interview process.
